100g reduced-fat smooth ricotta
2 medium sized bananas, chopped
1/4 cup of almonds, roughly chopped
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 pieces of wholemeal lavash or mountain break, cut in half
- Combine ricotta, banana, almonds and cinnamon in a mixing
- Spoon the mixture along the center of the lavash bread then
fold as if you were making a burrito.
- Pan-fry the wraps until warm and golden-brown.
- Drizzle maple syrup over them and serve!
